摘要
对施工企业如何搞好工程项目责任成本管理进行了研究，提出了项目责任成本管理全过程控制的一些方法，以力争对工程项目成本进行全过程控制，从而达到降低工程成本、提高经济效益的目的。
It has a research on the management of responsibility cost for project item for the eonstruction enterprise and introduces some method about the eontrol of the whole process of the management of responsibility cost for project item in order to control the whole process of responsibility cost for project item, reduce the eonstruction cost and yield good economic returns.
