摘要
采用盆栽试验法研究了用粘帚霉生防菌株发酵液处理后的大豆叶片组织内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性变化。结果表明:3个菌株的发酵液处理大豆叶片后,4种酶的活性在大豆叶片中都有明显提高,但不同菌株发酵液处理后的酶活性提高程度不同,酶活高峰出现的时间也不同。处理后第1 d,PAL活性达到高峰,处理后第4 d,PPO活性达到最大值,处理后第5 d,SOD活性和POD活性达到高峰,说明不同的酶在大豆体内发挥作用的时间不同。粘帚霉生防菌株可通过诱导植株防御酶系活性的提高增强植株的抗病性。
Activation variation of phenylalaninaminolyase(PAL), peroxidase( POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and polyphenoloxidas (PPO) in soybean leaves treated by fermented liquid of Gliocladium spp. biocontrol strains were studied by using the potted method. Resuhs showed that enzyme activation of soybean leaves were all improved obviously after being treated with fermented liquid of Gliocladium spp. biocontrol strains and that increased degrees of enzyme activation are all different, but the basal trends are the same. The peak of enzyme activation appears in different phases : activation of PAL tends to peak after 1 day, activation of PPO tends to peak after 4 days, activation of SOD and POD tends to peak after 5 days. Gliocladium spp. biocontrol strains can enhance anti-disease capability of plants by inducing anti-disease enzyme activation.
