摘要
管理公正是一个重要目标,但公正在不同的时代和环境等有不同的内涵。图书馆管理公正以图书馆制度保障有力、馆长公正地作为和行之有效的监督体系为前提,是图书馆内部管理落实科学发展观,保证充分实现"以人为本"的重要手段。
Management impartiality is an important target, but the impartiality has different connotations under different time and environment.The powerful rules and regulations guarantee, the librarian's fairly behavior and the effective supervision system is the prerequisite of management impartiality, it's the practice of the view of scientific development in the inner management of library, and the important measure for the realization of humanism.
