摘要
以不同温度处理SiO2为载体,用交换法制备Cu/SiO2催化剂.催化剂的表面结构用UV-VIR,TPR等方法进行表征.结果表明,不同温度焙烧的SiO2表面的-OH有差异.在NO+CO的反应中,以500℃焙烧处理的SiO2为载体制备的催化剂显示了更高的催化活性,说明催化剂表面的结构对催化剂的制备有一定的影响.
By using SiO2 ,which were calcined by different temperatures, as carrier, Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by the chemisorption-hydrolysis method. The surface structures of these catalysts were characterized by various techniques, including IR, TPR. The results show that the surface structures of these catalysts are in different ways in the carrier calcined by the different temperatures. The catalysts were then used for NO+CO reaction. It was found that the catalytic activities in NO+CO reaction were affected by different calcined temperature to carrier. The catalysts which were calcined by 500℃ to their carriers have high activities. The -OH on the surface of catalysts were important for the conversion.
