摘要 研究了由CaH2修饰的金属离子交换的分子筛ZSM 5(M ZSM 5,M=Cu、Mn、Fe和Ni)组成的复合催化剂(M ZSM 5/CaH2)催化分解NO活性.结果表明,CaH2的加入明显提高了Cu ZSM 5催化分解NO的活性,而CaH2修饰其他金属离子(Mn、Fe和Ni)变换的分子筛催化剂则不能提高分解NO活性.在550℃,富氧条件下(5.5%O2),复合催化剂Cu(165) ZMS 5/10%CaH2与Cu(165) ZSM 5相比活性提高20%.NO程序升温脱附实验表明CaH2的加入,增加了Cu ZSM 5中分解NO活性中心. This work deals with the characteristics of CaH_2 modified M-ZSM-5(M=Cu,Ni,Fe and Mn)catalysts for NO direct decomposition.It was found that Cu(165)-ZSM-5/10%CaH_2 catalysts shows significantly higher NO decomposition activities at higher reaction temperature region(400~600 ℃)than ordinary Cu(165)-ZSM-5 catalyst,whereas CaH_2 modified M-ZSM-5 (Mn=Mn,Fe and Ni)catalysts show lower NO decomposition activities at 250~600 ℃than ordinary M-ZSM-5 catalysts.When reactant gas with 5.5% O_2 was used,NO decomposition percentage over Cu(165)-ZSM-5/10%CaH_2 catalysts at 550 ℃ is about 20% higher than Cu(165)-ZSM-5.The results of NO-TPD indicated that there are more active sites on CaH_2 modified Cu-ZSM-5 than Cu-ZSM-5 itself.
