以聚乙二醇—硫酸铵—铝试剂萃取消除V(Ⅴ),Cr(Ⅵ),Zn^(2+),Co^(2+),Mg^(2+),Mn^(2+),Ni^(2+)等离子的干扰,采用苯基荧光酮—吐温-80显色体系分光光度法测定油样中的微量铝。考察了测定和干扰离子的萃取分离条件。铝络合物的最大吸收峰位于550 nm,铝质量浓度在0~3.2×10^(-4)g/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸收系数ε_(550)=7.6×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。对大庆渣油与煤焦油中铝进行测定,加标平均回收率分别为99.3%,100.2%,相对标准偏差分别为2.8%,0.6%。
Aluminium in petroleum is determined by spectrophotometry with the developing system of phenylfluorone-Tween 80. Interferences from V(Ⅴ),Cr(Ⅵ),Zn^2+,Co^2+,Mg^2+,Mn^2+,Ni^2+ are eliminated by extraction with polyglycol-ammonium sulfate-aluminon system,and Fe^3+ is masked with ascorbic acid. Both separation and determination conditions are studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex formed by aluminium and phenylfluorone is at 550nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-8 μg/25 mL for aluminium. The method has. been applied for the determination of aluminium in residual oil and coal tar oil from Daqing with the recoveries of 99.3 % and 100.2% ,the relative slandard deviation of 2.8% and 0.60% ,respectively.
