聚乙二醇萃取分光光度法测定原油及润滑油中铁 被引量:2

摘要 以聚乙二醇 -硫酸铵 -铝试剂萃取 ,用 5 Br PADAP -TritonX 10 0为显色体系测定原油中的铁。考察了萃取分离和测定条件。 2 5mL溶液中 ,铁质量在 0~ 10 μg范围内服从比尔定律。络合物表观摩尔吸收系数 ε =4 48× 10 4 。至少 5倍于铁量的Al3+ ,Pb2 + ,Cu2 + ,Mn2 + ,Zn2 + ,Ni2 + ,Co2 + ,Mg2 + 等离子经聚乙二醇萃取分离后 ,不影响铁的测定。用该法测定辽河原油、沙特渣油中铁 ,相对标准偏差分别为 3 82 % ,3 0 8% ,加标回收率为 95 6%~ 10 3 8%。该方法简单、选择性好、准确度高 ,并且整个萃取操作安全、无毒。 Iron*# in crude oil was determined by spectrophotometry with the developing system of 5-Br-PADAP and Triton X-100 after extraction with polyethylene glycol-ammonia sulfate-aluminon. Both separation and determination conditions were studied. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-10 μg/25 mL for Fe*#. The apparent molar absorptivity is 4.48×10 4 L·mol -1·cm -1. After extraction with polyethylene glycol,Al 3+,Pb 2+,Cu 2+,Mn 2+,Zn 2+,Ni 2+,Co 2+,Mg 2+,etc. do not interfere in the determination of Fe*# when the amounts of them are at least as much as 5 times of Fe*#, respectively. This method has been applied to the determination of Fe*# in Liaohe crude oil and Saudi Arabia residual oil with RSD of 3.82% and 3.08% respectively and recoveries of 95.6%-103.8%.
