摘要
在分析美国高等教育投资立法保障建设主要历程的基础上,指出了美国高等教育投资立法保障的启示:高度重视高等教育投资立法建设;广开财路,多种渠道依法资助高等教育;适时进行高等教育投资法规的修改完善。
On the basis of analyzing course of making the investment and legislating to ensure building mainly of U.S.A.＇s higher education, have pointed out the enlightenment legislated to ensure in U.S.A.＇s higher education investment ： Firstly, Pay close attention to the investment law construction of higher education; Secondly,set up in a wide range of the way to get better off, many kinds of channels subsidize the higher education in accordance with the law; Finally, it is complete to carry on the modification of the investment regulation of higher education in right time.
