摘要
在剖析了原农村中小学教育经费管理办法弊端的同时,分析了“校财局管”在规范收费标准、加强会计监督等方面的积极作用,提出实行新的经费管理办法时,应注意建立与之相匹配的机构、权力责任制度等。
While this article analyzed the original management malpractice of rural middle and primary schools educational funds at the same time, emphatically analyzed the positive role of ＂School Finance managed by Bureau＂ in regulating fees standard, strengthening accounting supervision and so on. And when proposed a new financial management method, we should pay attention to the establishment the organization, the power angd responsible system which matche with it and so on.
