摘要
房地产业自主创新不仅对自身的发展有重要的战略意义,而且在长株潭一体化的过程中起着重要的推动作用。房地产业的自主创新主要包括精神创新、物质创新和体制创新三部分,其中以开发理念和文化创新为主的精神创新是核心,以建筑和科技创新为主的物质创新是基础,以管理和开发体制为主的体制创新是保障。长株潭房地产业的自主创新应从这三方面入手,并结合风俗习惯、市场结构等方面进一步发展。
Self- innovation of Real estate industry not only has great strategic significance to self- development, but also promotes the economic integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan. Self- innovation of real estate industry is mainly comprised of inspirit, matter and system innovation, inspirit innovation is the core, matter innovation is foundation and system innovation is guarantee. The real estate industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan should be promoted by self- innovation combined with custom and market structure etc.
