摘要
培养创新人才是高校的责任,应用型创新人才的培养是时代对高职高专院校的要求。为了培养符合市场需求的人才,就要对应用型创新人才的内涵、培养目标有个清醒的认识,并在实践中找到应用型创新人才培养的机制。
Raising applied innovative talents is universities＂ responsibility, the applied innovative talents ＂ raising is the request of the time to the higher vocational universities and colleges . In order to raise talented person conforming to the market ＂ s demand, we must have a sober understanding of the applied innovative talents ＂ connotation, the raising goal, and find the applied innovative talents＂ raising mechanism in the practice fumble.
