摘要
以武汉为例,通过运用GIS方法对武汉市1993、1999、2004三个年度工业用地分布的圈层、扇形、环带、轴带特征及其调整过程的分析和各工业片区的用地置换分析,研究表明,武汉市在快速转型期工业用地从具有江河铁路轴向依赖特征和自然生态分隔的轮辐状布局形态向圈层密集填充和块状集聚,存在近距离搬迁改造现象,原有工业片区缓冲区内工业用地大多置换为房地产用地,并分析总结了老工业基地调整改造中经济体制改革的阵痛、工业郊区化动力不足、工业搬迁的企业行为、交通方式的变革、城市经营理念的缺失等机制,探寻转型期我国老工业基地城市改造的一般规律。
With Wuhan as an example, this paper, using GIS technology, analyzes the distribution characteristics of the industrial land of Wuhan by ring, sector, belt and axis, the regulation process, and the replacement of the land in 1993,1999 and 2004. It reveals that in the rapid transitional period the characteristics of industrial land is shift from dependence on river and railroad and belts separated by natural environment to infilling into rings and cluster development, some industrial areas move to places not far from the original location, and the industrial land in buffer areas are mostly replaced by residential land. It concludes that the problems in the economic system reform, impetus deficiency of industrial suburbanization, the entrepreneur decision in the move of industrial area, the transformation of transportation, the absence of urban management ideology are the major reasons.
