摘要
在分析山西能源基地工业传统发展模式存在问题的基础上，结合西方发达工业基地的经验教训，提出建立工业可持续发展模式的基础、核心、条件。
The author analyses the problems in the traditional industrial development model of the energy base of Shanxi Province, draw on the experience and lessons of the western developed countries, then proposes the basis, core and conditions of seting up a model of sustainable development of industry as well as the motive force suggestions on implementation.
