摘要 采用室内抑菌测定及盆栽防治试验相结合的方法,测定了12种有机物对黄瓜枯萎病发生及其对黄瓜植株生长的影响。结果表明,12种有机物浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌菌丝均有一定的抑制作用,以菇渣和鸡粪的抑菌效果较好,分别为48.35%和47.85%;盆栽试验以菇渣、壳粉、鸡粪及芝麻饼对黄瓜枯萎病的防效较好,接种后的防效分别为100.0%、83.8%、78.8%和62.0%,且菇渣和鸡粪对黄瓜植株的生长具有明显的促进作用。 The effect of 12 different kinds of organic amendments on the control of cucumber Fusarium wilt and on the cucumber growth were investigated by antifungai experiment and potted plant trial. The results indicated that the lixivium of different organic amendments could inhibit the myeelium growth to some degrees,among which the wasted material of mushroom and chicken manure were the best,with the inhibitive effect were 48.35 % and 47.85 % ,respectively. In potted plant trail, the wasted material of mushroom, chitin powder, chicken manure and sesame cake had relative good control efficacy, with 100.0 % ,83.8 % ,78.8 % and 62.0 % ,respectively. Meanwhile,the wasted material of mushroom and chicken manure significantly promoted cucumber growth.
