摘要
目的了解幼儿园工作人员的安全感状况。方法采用安全感量表对河北省11所幼儿园437名工作人员施测。结果安全感量表评分在不同工作年限、有无子女、婚否、不同收入、劳动合同关系各变量上差异达到统计学显著水平(F=3.81、5.33、5.49、5.65、3.29,P=0.023、0.021、0.021、0.004、0.040),工作年限长者其安全感高于工作年限短者(60.1±8.9/57.4±9.5),有子女者高于无子女者(60.3±8.7/58.1±9.6),已婚者高于未婚者(60.1±9.1/57.9±9.5),收入高者高于收入低者(61.3±8.8/57.5±9.6),正式工高于临时工(59.8±9.1/58.1±9.5)。在确定控制因子上,月收入与职称之间存在交互作用(F=2.19,P=0.026),收入为500-800元的工作人员其确定控制感因子评分高于收入500元以下者(P=0.007)。结论幼儿园工作人员的安全感受到工作年限、职称、有无子女、婚姻状况、收入、劳动合同关系等因素的影响。
Objective. To investigate security of kindergarten teachers and staff. Methods. 437 teachers and staff from 1 lkindergartens in Hebei Province were sampled. The Security Questionnaire was employed in the test. Results. On terms of security, there 're significant differences among teachers and staffs with different length of service, parenting situation, marital status, income state and relation of labor contract (F = 3.81, 5.33, 5.49, 5.65, 3.29, P = 0. 023, 0. 021, 0. 020, 0. 004, 0. 040 ) . Teachers of long service length scored higher than those of short service length ( 60. 1 ± 8. 9/57.4 ± 9. 5 ) ; teachers with children scored higher than those without ( 60. 3 ± 8.7/58. 1 ±9. 6) ; married teachers scored higher than single ones (60. 1 ±9. 1/57. 9 ±9. 5) ; teachers with high incomes scored higher than those with low incomes (61.3 ±8. 8/57. 5 ±9. 6) ; regular employees scored higher than irregular employees (59. 8 ± 9. 1/58. 1 ± 9. 5 ) . On terms of security, monthly income and professional titles interacted with each other (F =2. 19, P = 0. 026) . Conclusion. kindergarten teachers and staff' security is influenced by the following factors. length of service, professional titles, parenting situation, marital status, income situation and relation of labor contract.
