摘要
目的:对盐酸小檗碱脂质体的处方进行优化。方法:采用薄膜蒸发—主动载药法制备盐酸小檗碱脂质体,按均匀设计法,以包封率和载药量为考察指标,对实验结果进行最优子集法的二次回归优选处方配比。结果:采用优化处方制备的脂质体,平均包封率为79.33%,载药量30.21,粒径范围为2.2μm~3.8μm。结论:用均匀设计法优化后的处方制得的盐酸小檗碱脂质体,包封率和载药量都较高。
Objective To optimize the formulation in the preparation of berberine hydrochloride liposomes. Methods Using thin film evaporation and active loading method to prepared berberine hydrochloride Liposomes according to the uniform design, a optimum formulation was established by detemining the encapsulation efficiency and ratio of loading drug. Results The average encapsulation efficiency and ratio of loading drug of the optimized liposomes were 79.33% and 30.21 , their size range was 2.2 μm ~ 3.8 μm. Conclusion The application of the uniform design is useful to achieve a large encapsulation efficiency and ratio of loading drug.
