摘要
以罗尔斯、诺齐克为代表的新自由主义主张权利基础论,把个人权利作为政治哲学的唯一基础。社群主义者麦金太尔(Alasdair MacIntyre)认为权利基础论是错误的,新自由主义所主张的个人权利没有现实性;个人是社群的成员,个人权利不能自发地实现,只有公共利益的实现才能使个人权利得到充分实现。
New-Liberalism, represented by John Rawls and Robert Nozick, considers that individual rights is unique foundation of the political philosophy. Alasdair MacIntyre, a communitarianist, thinks that the right foundation theory of New-Liberalism is false, New-Liber- alism＇ s individual rights lay claim to no actuality. The individual is the member of community, to carry out the public interest and then carry out individual rights, the realization of public interest is the foundation of individual rights.
