摘要
临床实习是理论联系实际的过程，是影像学生综合技能训练的重要环节，也是影像学生进入职业生涯的开始。如何提高实习生临床综合技能，是临床教学的重要课题。本文从强化教学管理，加强岗前培训，多途径地促进理论与实践相结合等方面探讨有效提高影像实习生临床实习效果的方法。
Clinical practice is a process in which theory is combined with practice. It is also an important link in training comprehensive skills of students majoring in imaging, and marks the beginning of the students＇ career. How to improve the intern students＇ clinical skills is an important issue in clinical teaching. This paper discusses ways to effectively improve clinical practice results by strengthening teaching management and pre-practice training and promoting combination of theory with practice
