摘要
目的探讨葛根素冻干粉针剂的制剂工艺改进。方法通过调节pH值或羟丙基-β-环糊精包合比例使葛根素冻干粉针剂达到良好的物理性质。结果当葛根素溶液pH值达到7.3以上或羟丙基-β-环糊精的包合比例大于5时,制成的粉针剂外观完整,溶解性及溶液稳定性良好。结论两种方法都能较好地解决制剂工艺中原先存在的严重缺陷。
Objective To explore the improving methods of preparing the puerarin＇ s freeze - dried injectable powder with complete appearance of powder and better dissolubility and stability in solution. Methods pH regulation and HP- β- CD clathration were used to improve the physical properties of freeze- dried powder. Results When the pH was above 7.3, or the clathration ratio exceeded 5, the freeze- dried powder showed the complete appearance and better dissolubility and stability in solution. Conclusion Both of the two methods can solve the problem existed in previous methods of preparing puerarin freeze- dried injectable powder.
