螯合剂DTPA和BAL对亚慢性镉染毒大鼠促排效果及组织分布的研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用整合剂二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)和二巯基丙酸(BAL)对亚慢性锻染毒大鼠镉促排效果研究。结果观察到,Wistar大鼠采用80μg/kg镉腹腔注射4周后。经DTPA850mmol/kg处理,尿中镉排出量增高为对照组的172倍,DTPA540mmol/kg12次注射后尿镉升高为对照组20.97倍。注射90μmol/kgBAL使尿液中镉排出量增加了14.93倍,60μmol/kg12次重复注射BAL尿镉排出为对照组的2.05倍。但未能降低大鼠肝、肾组织中镉含量。 The eifects of chelating agents diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) and 2, 3-dimercaptopronol (BAL) on subchronic cadmium administrated rats were investigated. The dose of 80μg/kg Cd was injected i. p. for pretreament in Wistar rats for 4 weeks and the concentrations of cadmium were 17. 32 μg/kg and 19. 50 μg/g in liver and kidney. Following injection of each chelator, DTPA and BAL caused significant increase in the Cd level of urinary excretion, but promoted significant increase in the Cd loads of liver and kidney. After administering DTPA in 850 mmol/kg and 540 mmol/kg, the Cd levels in liver were increased about 2. 16 and 1.54 times, in kidney about 1. 3 and 1. 4 times corresponding to the control respectively. No significant effects on Cd loads in liver and kidney were observed after treatment of BAL. These results indicated that chelating agents promoted increase of urinary Cd excretion, but after subchronic exposure of cadmium, the loads of Cd in liver and kidney were not reduced by the administration of chelating agents.
