摘要 探讨临床医学生心理健康教育对策,选取一个班级162名学生为实验组,实施为期一年的心理健康教育,教育前后测试结果比较,心理健康水平普遍提高。经实践检验,建立心理健康档案、成立心理咨询室、举办专题讲座、宣传心理健康知识、开展团体心理训练、加强个别辅导、设立心理委员等措施是加强临床医学生心理健康教育的有效对策。 In order to study the mental health educational strategy of medical students in clinical stage, 162 students in one class were selected for an experiment group. Mental health education has been practiced for one year. By comparing and analyzing the difference of psychological tests before and after, the result shows an improvement of mental health, which has proved to be the effective strategy to strengthen the education of the medical students' mental health by practice, such as setting up the mental health files, founding the psychological counseling room, giving the corresponding lecture, advertising the knowledge, giving group psychological training, focusing on the counseling of specific students, and finding a student who has changed in class.
