摘要
目前随着医学院校的大规模招生,越来越多的实习医师进入临床学习。随之由实习医师导致的医疗纠纷也越来越多,备受重视。文章从实习医师、带教老师、患者等几个方面进行分析,提出实习医师容易产生医疗纠纷的原因,并提出相应对策。对实习医师避免产生医疗纠纷产生一定帮助作用。
With the growth of recruiting students in medical college, more interns get into clinical practice, and thus the medical disputes resulting from interns are constantly increasing. From interns, teachers and patients this paper analyzes the causes of medical disputes resulting from interns, and puts forward some possible solutions, which will refrain from medical disputes during clinical practice.
