摘要
研究了不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对10个樱桃番茄品种种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,相对发芽率、发芽指数、根鲜重、根长、下胚轴长、子叶鲜重等指标均明显下降,且品种间差异显著。在供试的10个樱桃番茄品种中,不同品种樱桃番茄种子萌发受NaCl胁迫抑制的程度不同。其中“京丹5号”和“黄莺2号”在发芽期的耐盐力优于其他参试品种,“小圆枣”发芽期的耐盐力则表现较差。
The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germinations of ten cherry tomato varieties were studied. The results showed that as NaCl concentration rose , the relative germination percentage ,germi- nation index ,the root length , hypocotyl length , the fresh weight of root and cotyledon decreased significantly. The seed germinations of the ten cherry tomato varieties were differently inhibited by the stress. The salt tolerance of Jingdan 5 and Huangying 2 were better ,but the salt tolerance of Xiaoyuanzao appeared worse.
