摘要
目的观察康莱特对肺癌化疗病人免疫功能的影响。方法选取肿瘤根治术后行辅助化疗的肺癌患者47例,予康莱特200 ml/d治疗,同时选取42例单纯化疗的术后患者作对照。所有患者治疗前后均行结核菌素试验(OT试验)及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的测定,并观察其不良反应。结果治疗组的OT试验稀释度增强及巨噬细胞吞噬功能均高于对照组。结论康莱特可提高肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of kanlaite based adjuvant chemotherapy on immunologic function in patients with lung cancer. Methods Fourty seven patients after radical operation of lung cancer were treated with knglaite based adjuvant chemotherapy in a dose of 200ml/ d. Fourty two patients treated with knglaite free adjuvant chemotherapy were as control. OT test and macrophage phagocytize function test were conducted in all patients. Results OT test dilution and macrophage phagocytize function of the treatment group were increased when compared with the control. Conclusions Knglaite may enhance cellular immunologic functions of the patients with lung cancer.
