摘要
介绍了铸造铍青铜的化学成分、牌号、性能、用途、冶金基础知识、加工方法、热处理工艺和铍的工业卫生措施。合金可在多种熔炉中熔炼。合金熔炼温度1300~1350℃,浇注温度1100℃~1150℃。淬火温度780~925℃,时间2~3h。时效温度350~480℃,时间2~3h。最佳性能σb=1137MPa,σ0.2=1068MPa,Rc=46,δ≥1%。合金主要用做防爆工具,塑料成型模具,儿童玩具模具,各种齿轮、轴承、轴瓦、轴套,海底电缆中继器结构件,电焊电极,发电机轴。
In this paper, a cast Be bronze is mentioned in its chemical constitution, designation, properties, application, rudimentary knowledge on metallurgy, processing method, heat treatment and industrial hygiene. It can be melted by many founding furnaces, for example black lead and Mg/Al crucibles. Its technical parameters are: smelting temperature: 1 300 ̄1 350 ℃, pouring temperature: 1 100 ̄1 150 ℃, quenching temperature: 780 ̄925 ℃, time: 2 ̄3 h, ageing temperature: 350 ̄480 ℃,time: 2 ̄3 h. Its optimum properties: σ b=1 137 MPa, σ 0.2 =1 068 MPa, R c=46, δ ≥1%. It can be used in explosion resistance tool, all kinds of gears, bearing, axle tile, axle sleeve, plastic forming die, toy die, welding electrode, repeater structure of submarine cable and revolution axle of giant electric generator. The beryuiosis can be prevented and treated.
