摘要
采用真空感应电炉熔炼铍青铜是世界上通用的方法,而用非真空电炉生产铍青铜铸锭在我国仍然普遍存在。在非真空条件下熔炼铍青铜,对环境的污染较为严重,并且增加了产生气孔、反偏析及成分不均等铸锭缺陷的可能性。本文对生产铍青铜的各种熔炼设备和工艺进行了对比,着重对易出现的一些铸锭缺陷进行了分析,提出了相应的保护措施,并阐述了各种覆盖剂在生产中的使用情况。认为采用氮气与硼砂加成剂进行双重保护,是非真空条件下熔炼铍青铜时最为理想的保护方法。
Although the vacuum-induction furnaces are commonly adopted equipments for melting the beryllium bronze in the world, the non-vacuum induction furnaces are still used for producing the beryllium bronze ingots in many plants in China, which may pollute the environment and increase the possibilities of gas unsoundness, reverse segregation and compositional non-uniformity. The paper contrast several equipments used for melting the beryllium bronze, emphatically analyzes the common defects of ingot, puts forward the appropriate protection measures, and expounds the application effectiveness of various protective agents, and points out that dual protection with nitrogen and borax addition agent is the best ideal protective method for melting the beryllium bronze in the non-vacuum conditions.
