摘要
建立了离心SHS陶瓷衬管系统传热过程的数学模型,考虑到材料热物性参数随温度的变化,用有限差分法模拟了陶瓷衬管的温度场,结果与实际情况较为吻合。根据模拟结果简要探讨了陶瓷层裂纹成因,重点研究了料管比和涂料厚度的影响。模拟和试验结果表明,欲减少陶瓷裂纹形成,必须严格控制工艺参数。
A mathematical model for heat transfer of ceramic lined pipe for centrifugal SHS process was established.In consideration of the variance of thermophysical values of materials due to temperature,the temperature field of ceramiclined pipe was simulated numerically using finite difference method,which was in good agreement with the experimental data.Based on above simulating results,the causes of crack formation in the ceramic layer was discussed briefly and the effect of R W (weight ratio of materials to pipe)and δ(thickness of the mold coating)on te ceramic crack was emphatically studied.It was found to be very important to control strictly processing parameters,especially R W and δ in order to diminish the formation of crack in the ceramic layer.
