摘要
实施退耕还林政策的吴起县能否实现农业可持续发展,需要对其可持续增长能力进行评价。基于CD生产函数模型结合西方经济学稳态经济增长理论,对吴起县农业经济增长进行了实证分析。结论为:吴起县农业经济增长方式立足于改善生态环境、充分利用富余劳动力和农业技术进步,其增长方式是可持续的,可以作为西部农业发展的借鉴。
Based on C-D production function and the steady development theory of economy, an empirical analysis is made on the sustainable development of agriculture in Wuqi county. The conclusion is that the development of Wuqi agriculture has been based on the policy of reforestation from some cultivated land, the use of rich labor force and the development of agricultural technology, therefore, it is sustainable and may serve as an example for the development of western areas of China.
