摘要
党的“十一·五”规划明确指出:要让改革发展的成果惠及全体人民,促进社会和谐发展,就目前我国情况来看,农民收入增长缓慢已成为我国当前经济社会发展中的突出问题,如何增加农民收入已成为建设社会主义新农村的核心问题,而实现制度创新,使农业产业结构升级,农村剩余劳动力有序转移等机制建设,对长期保证农民增收,具有特别重要的意义。
Slowness in farmer's income increase has become a sharp problem in the contemporary economic development in our country. It will be significant in assuring farmer's income increase to speed up the systematic creativity, up -grading of an agricultural industrial structure and shifting of extra labour force well - orderly.
