摘要
针对醋酸塔较为严重的腐蚀现象,主要从化学腐蚀与电化学腐蚀两方面入手,结合实际生产情况,对硫酸、盐酸、草酸、甲酸以及醋酸塔加料浓度等因素对钛的腐蚀情况进行了较为详细的分析与探讨,认为醋酸塔加料浓度降低、电极电位差距增大是造成醋酸塔腐蚀的主要原因,并结合实际提出采用牺牲阳极保护办法的对策措施,解决醋酸塔的腐蚀问题。
For the severer corrosion of Acetic Acid refining column in the current production, starting from the consideration of chemical cormsion and electroche micalcorrosion and combining with the actual production situation, more detailed analysis and research has been made for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, formic acid and feed concentration of acetic acid column and other factors as well as the corrosion of Ti.And the conclusion is that the main reason for corrosion of Acetic Acid column is lower concentration of feed and higher electric potential difference of electrode. Therefore, in combination with actual production situation, an effective measure of sacrificial anode is taken to protect acetic acid column from corrosion.
