摘要
在稀醋酸提浓装置中用醋酸正丁酯与醋酸异丙酯作共沸剂 ,对其两者的投资、运行、消耗、能力、稳定时间等进行了比较。在聚乙烯醇 (PVA)扩产过程中 ,回收采用醋酸正丁酯系统提浓稀醋酸投资省、消耗低、易稳定 ,年创效益 14 0万元。
Both buty1 acetate (n) and propy1 acetate (i) can be used as azeotrope agent in the equipment for purifying thin acetic acid.In this article,some aspects about those two processes,such as investment,operation,consumed cost,production capability and time for stabilization are compared.The plant using the buty1 acetate (n) as the azeotrope agent for reclaiming has the characteristics of lesser investment;lower consumed cost,easier access and the annual value of 1 400 000 yuan can be reached.
