摘要
农民交易谈判能力增强与提高的过程即新型农村经济社会制序型构的过程，是和谐农村社会制序型构的必要条件。农地产权重构及农民组织化程度的提高使得社会制度结构发生有利于农民阶层的变迁，从而对农村经济社会制序的演进摆脱对非绩效轨道的路径依赖走上良性轨道有所助益．是提高农民交易谈判能力的主体变量。农民交易谈判能力的经济分析，必须考虑其伦理维度和道德基础。
The process of improving the bargaining power of peasants is the sequence of rural socio-economic institution, also a necessary condition for type structure of a harmonious social institution in ruml areas. Reconstruction of the property rights and the degree of organization can be made to improve the structure of the social system, which is conducive to the peasant class changes, thus is helpful to the evolution of the social order breaking away path dependence on the non-podormance track, and walking benign track.
