摘要
目的:建立化痰降气胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别化痰降气胶囊中当归和麻黄;用高效液相色谱法测定其麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,色谱柱:Shim-pack CLC-ODS 柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水(50:50),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:254 nm。结果:在薄层色谱中检出当归、麻黄。高效液相色谱法测定其麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,其线性范围为0.01～0.07 μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率(n=6)为98.0%,RSD 为2.4%。结论:方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于化痰降气胶囊的质量控制。
Objective：To develop a method for quality control of Huatanjiangqi capsules. Methods：Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Herba Ephedrae in this prescription were identified by TLC. An HPLC method was established for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in the capsules with a Shim - pack CLC - ODS 柱（4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） column and the mobile phase of methanol- water（50： 50）,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Herba Ephedrae were identified by TLC. The good linear range was within 0. 01 - 0. 07 μg （ r = 0. 9998）, average recovery was 98. 0% with RSD of 2. 4%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Huatanjiangqi capsules.
