摘要
目的:建立快速、准确、高灵敏度的测定猪肉中己烯雌酚的分析方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法,以乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 ml/min,采用C18柱分离,以多反应检测(MRM)方式进行检测。用于定量分析的二级碎片离子为m/z237。结果:己烯雌酚的线性范围为0.06075-12.15μg/ml,平均回收率为72.2%(RSD=2.07%)。结论:此方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为猪肉中己烯雌酚的有效分析检测方法。
Objective：To establish a quick, accurate, sensitive method for analysis of diethylstilbestrol in pork by ultra performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. Methods： The ultra performance liquid chromatography - quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetronitrile -water, at a flow rate of 0. 3 ml/min. Electrospay ionization （ESI） source was applied and operated in the negative ion mode. The multiple reaction monitoring （MRM） mode using the transition of m/z 267→237 was used to quantify diethylstilbestrol in pork. Results： The assay was linear from 0. 06075 to 12.15 μg/ml,the recovery was 72.2% （RSD =2.07% ）. Conclusion：The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect and determine the contents of diethylstilbestrol in pork.
