该文就肝癌靶向治疗的发展、纳米粒在肝癌靶向治疗中的被动靶向和主动靶向治疗进行详细的阐述,并对其发展趋势进行了探讨。认为纳米粒是一种很好的肝癌的靶向治疗药物载体。
This paper reviewed the development of drug-laoded nanopartieles targeting treatment of hepatic carcinoma, and effects of actively and passively targeting treatment of drug-laoded nanoparticle on hepatic carcinoma, and had carried on discussion about its developing tendency. The nanoparticles are one of the best drug-laoded carriers for targeting treatment of hepatic carcinoma.
