摘要
道德来自现实社会。师德建设应从教师现实的教育活动出发,坚守道德底线,尊重教师的主体地位,把社会的价值引导与教师的自我完善结合起来,于平实中超越。
Morality originates from realities. The cultivation of teachers" working ethics should be based on teachers" current teaching activities and stick to its bottom line. Meanwhile, it should respect teachers" major position in teaching, and combine dominant value views of society with teachers" self-improvement in order to translate the usual into the unusual.
