摘要
采用FX2N的可编程序控制器(PLC)技术,设计出了超临界CO2流体萃取装置设备的控制系统,实现了对萃取釜压力和CO2流量进行PID控制,并利用组态软件(MCGS)对萃取釜的温度、CO2流量、分离釜的压力和温度进行实时监控。组态软件是面向监控与数据采集的软件平台,通过RS-232/RS-485接口与PLC之间进行通讯,可以监控PLC的输入、输出状态,从而可以开发工业级别的虚拟被控对象,实现系统的整体实际运行。
Using PLC technology of FX2N, a control system for supercritical carbon dioxide hydroextration device equipment is developed,PID control over the compressive stress and flux of extraction kettle,real--time monitor over the temperature and flux of the extraction kettle and the pressure and temperature of the separator kettle with configuration software are realized (MCGS). Monitoring configuration software is basic software dealing with monitoring and data collecting,it communicates with PLC by means of RS-232/ RS-485 joint and monitors the input and output of PLC. So we develop virtual objects under control in the lab or in the production line,as to run the truly control system.
