摘要
漫湾水电站二期工程地下厂房吊车梁采用岩壁吊车梁结构。设计采用刚体力系平衡法和有限元法进行计算,并借鉴了鲁布革等水电站岩壁吊车梁设计的成功经验。针对漫湾工程岩壁吊车梁地段地质条件较差的问题,设计中采用了混凝土置换等措施进行加强锚固。通过承载试验成果及一段时间的运行表明,岩壁吊车梁体形及锚固措施设计是合理的。
The crane girder of the second-phase Project of Manwan Hydropower Station in underground powerhouse is concrete girder bolted to rock-face, During design, the FEM & forces balanced of rigid body are applied, and absorbed the successful experiences of concrete girder bolted to rock-face. Encountered with the poor geological conditions at the girder base, the concrete replacement measure is adopted to strengthen to surrounding rock mass. Through bearing capacity test and quite a long period of operation, the structure and anchorage measures of concrete crane girder are proved to be reasonable.
