摘要
以清水、乳化剂和溶剂病指的加权均数为参比,以来源于多粘类芽孢杆菌LM-3菌株的极端嗜热多肽APPLM3为主效成分配得的5种微生物源生防乳剂对水稻稻瘟病进行了室内和田间防效试验。结果表明,母液对稻瘟病菌产生足够强的拮抗作用,拮抗活性较稳定;5种乳剂的防效都优于LM-3拮抗液直接喷雾,其中处理AB4的防效最佳,达80.73%,其拮抗成分、吐温80、乳化剂OP、溶剂的质量比为50∶6.5∶1.75∶41.75。首次报道了常温细菌产生的极端嗜热多肽对稻瘟病菌表现出强的拮抗作用。
5 microbial pesticides (emulsion) were eonfected with polypeptide APPLM3 originated from strain LM-3 of PaenibaciUus polynryxa. Their control effect against rice blast disease was conducted at seedling stage in lab and paddy field test, with the weighted mean of desease index of water, emulsion and impregnant as compared parameter. The results indicated that the mother solution had enough strong antagonism acion and stable antagonism activity. The control effect of the 5 microbial pesticides was superior to that of the antagonism liquor of LM-3 bacterium that sprayed directly. Of the 5 emulsion treatments, AB4 showed the strongest control effect which reached to 80.73%, and the quality ratio of antagonism component, tuwen 80, emulslification agent OP and impregnant was 50:6.5:1.75:41.75. An extremely thermophilic polypeptide APPLM3 which exhibited strong inhibition activity against rice blast disease was reported for the first time.
