摘要
拮抗细菌(Bacilluspumilus)在不同培养基配方下培养48h后,其发酵液对稻瘟病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用随稀释倍数的增加而减弱,其中配方Ⅸ发酵液的抑制效果显著高于其它11种配方。通过在不同pH与不同时间的条件下培养拮抗细菌(Bacilluspumilus)所得发酵液抑制作用亦随稀释倍数的增加而减弱,当培养基的pH为7时,拮抗菌的发酵液的抑菌效果显著高于其它pH;当发酵时间为48h时,各发酵液的抑制效果显著高于其它发酵时间;研究结果表明,拮抗细菌在配方Ⅸ中培养48h后,其发酵液的抑制效果为供试组合中最为理想的培养条件。
After antagonistic bacterium(Bacillus pumilus) was cultured in different cultural media for 48 h, their cultural filtrates showed different inhibitive effects on spore germination of Magnaporthe grisea. Among all the cultural media, the medium Ⅸ is the best, its culture filtrate had significantly higher inhibitive effects than those of 11 other media. The culture filtrates of antagonistic bacterium had different inhibitive effects in different cultural conditions, including different pH and cultural time. After culture, the media with pH 7 showed stronger inhibitive effects than those with other pH values; after antagonistic bacterium was cultured for 48 h its culture filtrate had stronger inhibitive effects than those of the antagonistic bacterium cultured for other different hours. This result indicates antagonistic bacterium shows the best inhibitive effects when it is cultured in cultural medium Ⅸ with pH 7 for 48 h.
