摘要
社会主义和谐社会有广义和狭义之分,狭义上的社会主义和谐社会是与政治、经济、文化相对的和谐社会,广义上的社会主义和谐社会囊括经济、政治、文化、社会的总体上的社会和谐。现阶段所构建的社会主义和谐社会不是对小康社会的替代,而是全面建设小康社会时期的社会主义和谐社会,它以全面建设小康社会时期的经济、政治、文化发展现状为基础,并为实现全面建设更高水平的小康社会战略目标服务。社会主义和谐社会是体现中国特色社会主义本质属性的和谐社会。
