摘要
新知识经济时代,知识成为社会的主导力量,而拥有知识的人将成为知识经济社会的第一资源。针对新经济时代的资源管理问题,提出了人力资源管理的新策略:转变观念树立以人为本的理念,重视培训管理,提高人力资源整体素质;人力资源管理要与企业的经济效益挂钩,实现人力资源资本价值的最大化;要建立学习型组织,注重人际氛围的和谐管理等。
In new economic times, knowledge has been the leading power, while the person who owns the knowledge will become the first resource in knowledge-based economic society. In view of resource management problem in new economic times, this thesis has given the tactics on human resources management: setting up human-centred management concept attaching much importance to training management and improving human resources' whole quality, and also putting forward that human resources management should link with enterprise's economic benefits, maximizing capital value of human resources and setting up study pattern organization with an emphasis on the harmonious atmosphere of management etc.
