摘要 研究了Al-4%Cu合金定向凝固界面形态随抽拉速率的演化规律及其转变机制。通过测量自行研制的定向凝固设备的温度梯度,发现温度梯度随抽拉速率的增大而减小,并随炉体温度的升高而增大。研究了Al-4%Cu合金定向凝固的界面演化及生长形态,对比后发现,在胞状生长过程中,竞争淘汰是主要的生长方式;而在高速抽拉过程中,尖端开裂是枝晶的主要生长方式。 The interface morphological evolution of AI-4% Cu alloy is studied with different pulling rates in directional solidification process, and the transformation mechanism is investigated as well. The temperature gradient is measured in the self-made directional solidification apparatus, and it is found that the temperature gradient decreases with increasing withdrawal velocity and increases with increase of furnace temperature. The interface morphological evolution and growth morphology in directional solidification of AI-4% Cu alloy is studied. The comparison analysis shows that the competitive selection is the dominated mode in the process of the cellular growth; but the tip split is the prior mode. in the process of high withdrawal velocity.
