摘要 设备维护管理的对于企业具有重要的经济意义,工业维护管理是实现维护目标的有效途径。文章针对工业维护管理过程中存在的多决策目标、多决策变量、存在大量不确定性因素的问题进行分析,建立了维护管理总体决策框架模型,并结合决策分析过程模型来解决这些问题。 EMM ( equipment maintenance management) is of important economic value and IMM ( industrial maintenance management), an implement of EMM, is effective and efficiently in accomplish the maintenance target. But hindrances like multi-target, multi-variable and multi-uncertainness baffle the implement of IMM. Thus, a comprehensive framework model for maintenance management decision-making is proposed, together with decision analyzing model provided in the paper, can well deal with the problems faced by IMM implement.
