摘要
为适应炼化企业对动力设备管理的新要求,提出了动力设备维护管理的解决方案———集成状态监测的动力设备维护管理系统。该系统有效地将预测维护、预防维护和修理过程管理统一集成在一个数据共享的信息平台上,实现对动力设备维护规划的有力支持。从面向任务的角度对该系统进行了深入全面地研究,给出了基于工单的维修活动跟踪管理模型和基于数据集成分析的维修规划,并应用于炼化企业,很好地适应了分布式的设备管理需求,提升了炼化企业动力设备管理的整体水平。
Integrated Condition-Based Enterprise Maintenance Management (ICBEMM) of power equipments was presented to satisfy the future requirements for petrochemical industry. Prevent maintenance, predict maintenance and repair exercise were integrated on a management platform for shared multi-source data so as to provide strong support for maintenance scheme. From functional prospective, ICBEMM was particularly studied, and track mechanism of repair excise and data-based maintenance scheme were proposed for ICBEMM. Successful application of ICBEMM in petrochemical plant indicated that the system could meet the need for distributed equipment management and improve the management level of petrochemical enterprise.
