摘要
膀胱副神经节瘤是一种极为罕见疾病,大多数为良性,也有恶性报道,但良恶性很难鉴别,多数患者无症状。其发病原因不十分清楚,可能为多个基因位点的突变,手术切除是治疗膀胱副神经节瘤的首选。有关该病的研究并不多,本文综述有关该疾病的发病原因、主要症状、鉴别诊断、治疗原则、预后方面的进展。
Bladder paraganglinma is a very rare urological disease, of which the majority are innocence, although few mahgnant was reported. There are many difficulties in identifying its malignancy or innocence and many patients with this disease have no obvious symptomas. Its pathogenesis is not very clear,maybe the mutation of many gene locuses. Exairesis is the first choice in treating bladder paraganglioma. There are few reasearches about this diseases.This article reviews bladder paraganglioma about its pathogenesis, chief clinical manifestation, differential diagnosis, therapeutic principle and prognosis.
