摘要
阜新市产业结构调整对人口文化素质将产生什么样的影响?培养高层次人才的高等教育如何在学科结构上做出适应性调整?这是阜新等矿业城市经济转型中需要研究的重要课题。本文运用产业经济学、人口地理学有关理论分析了阜新市产业结构及人口文化素质的现状和变化调整趋势,探讨了阜新市未来产业结构变化对高层次人才学科结构变化的影响,并从战略角度提出了高等教育学科结构进行适应性调整的若干措施。
