摘要
为了实现21世纪护理人才培养的目标,有效的强化职业技能训练,提高学生在临床工作中的实际工作能力,我校在外科护理学中加强了实验教学的力度,采用新模式和新方法。
In order to realize the goal of the personnel training of nursing in 21st century, strengthen professional skill training, raise student＇s working ability in clinical work, we strengthen the experimental teaching dynamics and use the new pattern and method.
