摘要 输电费用计算需要综合考虑实用、公平等要素。为此,设计了基于J2EE平台开发输电费用计算系统的基本架构,描述了系统功能模块的实现,给出了J2EE构架下系统的软件设计、数据库设计和安全设计。该系统采用分布式3层结构,具有很好的兼容性和可扩展性;综合采用多种算法,能根据电力系统不同的边界运行条件和系统工况灵活选取不同的算法组合,以适应多种市场模式的电力市场;发电厂、电网公司和需求侧能同时方便查看输电费用的分摊情况,实现费用分摊情况对系统用户完全公开,促使用户加强对输电管理的响应。该系统能方便地升级,以满足电力市场发展的需要。 Transmission expense computing system should synthetically consider several key elements such as practicality and impartiality. The basic frame work of transmission expense computing system based on J2EE platform is designed, and the realization of the systematic function modules is described. The J2EE based systematic software design, database design and security design are provided. The distributed 3-tier architecture is applied in the present system, which has corking compatibility and expansibility; many kinds of algorithms are adopted synthetically so that different algorithm combination can be chosen flexibly according to diverse system operating status to meet different market modes. Power plants, power grid companies and the demand side can conveniently inquire about the allocation situation of transmission expense at the same time, which impels users to strengthen their response to transmission management. This system can be updated conveniently to meet demands of electric market development.
