摘要
针对电力用户能效评估,建立了基于递阶综合评价方法的能效评估系统,该系统将能效评估过程分解为三个层次,分别为基于G1群组判断的一级指标评估、基于熵权法的二级指标评估以及最终的综合评估,充分结合主客观评价信息,克服传统单一赋权法局限性,因而能有效地运用到电力用户能效评估的日常工作中。
As for the assessment of energy efficiency for power users,this paper has established an energy efficiency evaluation system based on integrated hierarchical evaluation method.The system breaks the assessment process down into three levels, namely, G1 group judgments based primary indices assessment, entropy weight based secondary indices assessment, ultimately, a comprehensive assessment. The proposed system introduces both objective and subjective information to the evaluation process, which effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional index-weighted methods, can be used for power users energy efficiency evaluation effectively.
